My name is Jennifer. I have been working on getting Tom all I can. I need him to find a long term rehab that perscribes suboxone to help him while he transforms into a the sober friend I once had. He was suggested to go to south sanford to do his outpatient care and I believe this will be disasterest. Tom's ready but he is on a thin sheet of ice. He is homeless and has lost his wife he also needs counseling and has mentioned suicide. The time is now for him
