I have had a drug/alcohol addiction sense i was 13. I will be 24 on the 12th of august. I have custody of my 11 year old nephew, but recently went through a bad breakup from a longterm relationship that caused me to send my nephew to his godmother cause i work late and had no babysitter for him and cant cook for the life of me so cant assure he gets the healthy meals he needs. This just caused my drug and alcohol abuse to skyrocket and i know i need help. All i want is my nephew. Hes my world but i am a terrible influence on him in the state i am currently in.. i will do whatever it takes to assure i can have him with me but i know i need to clean up and i have tried but my mind does not stop thinking and i get depressed and angry and i just dont know what to do.
