Native Project Services:
Chemical Dependency Assessments (10-18 year olds or students enrolled in a K-12 school program) Assessment and enrollment appointments. Chemical Dependency Outpatient (OP) Level 1 ASAM: 2-4 hours per week. Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Culturally appropriate substance abuse assessment and treatment for chemically dependent youth, Level 2 ASAM: 8-12 hours per week.
Spokane Community Services Substance Abuse Treatment contracted provider.
Aftercare/Relapse Prevention Program
Available for youth who have completed any inpatient, outpatient or IOP treatment program and need continuing care.
Clean Teens Narcotics Anonymous Meeting every Thursday at 5:00 PM for open meeting.
BHO/Co-Occurring Disorder (COD)
Case Management, individual, group and family counseling for clients with chemical dependency and mental health diagnosis (ages 10-18 or students enrolled in a K-12 school program).
BHO Indian Child Therapy Program
For children ages 0-12 years old.
Services: General health services
Fees: Sliding fee scale. Call for rates and qualifications.
Insurances: Self payment, Medicaid, State financed insurance (other than Medicaid), Private health insurance, Military insurance (e.g., VA,TRICARE)
