Their Life Change Academy is a Christ-centered program focusing on improving the mental, physical and spiritual health of men and women struggling with life issues and chemical dependencies.
Mens's Hous of Restoration offer a one-year residential program with up to thirteen months of apprentice/transitional opportunities.
Must be 18 years and older and must be trying to stay clean off of drugs and alcohol.

They use The Genesis Process as its foundation curriculum, which is a systematic program that offers the tools to heal and grow spiritually, mentally, socially, and physically through:
Self-discovery
Understanding addiction
Scripture memorization
Individual counseling
Key thoughtsAcademy PhasesIntroduction (2 months): During this phase, residents are in an adjustment, probationary period, allowing them to stabilize and learn the routine of the program with VRM Counselors.
Gaining clarity on their situation and addiction
Identifying physical, mental and academic needs
Setting personal, academic and program goals
Learning positive life-skills and techniques

Phase 1  (4 months):
Residents will concentrate on spiritual enrichment, life-skills, and spiritual enrichment. Phase 2 (6 months):
During the second half of the Academy, residents dig deeper into Phase 1 curriculum, as well as parenting and relapse prevention classes. Phase 3 (3 months):
The resident begins to prepare for transition back into the community with an opportunity to get hands-on work experience as a VRM apprentice in one of the following departments: Thrift, Maintenance, Food Services, and Shelter.

Post-Graduation:
VRM maintains properties reserved as men's and women's Transitional Housing where each resident seeks or maintains gainful part-time or full-time employment. Many graduates continue as an apprentice for an additional six months. They continue their recovery in a clean, sober and safe environment.  Their goal is for the resident to become accountable and responsible members of their respective communities. All phase advancements are based on achievement of program objectives. There are no automatic advancements. VRM counselors conduct random alcohol and drug urine screens, and are RAS or CAS certified and/or CAARR graduates providing 1-to-1 and group counseling for their Academy residents. VRM also utilizes outside, faith-based counseling services.
