The mission of the Karuk Tribal Health and Human Services Program
To provide quality health care for Native Americans and other people living in the communities they serve as resources allow.
Their purpose
To appropriately assess or reassess conditions of illness, disease, or pain, and to provide culturally appropriate educational, preventative, and therapeutic services in an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Types of addiction treatment care provided Outpatient Alcohol Treatment:
At-home, day/partial hospitalization alcohol programs, 12-Step meetings, alcohol sponsors, alcohol breathalyzer programs, intensive outpatient program (IOP).
Holistic rehabilitation treatment, alternative treatment

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMClosed for lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PMClosed Thursday mornings until 9:00 AM and for most major and Tribal holidays.
Services: Mix of mental health and substance abuse services
