About Horizon Human Services Substance Abuse Treatment

Horizon Human Services is a non-profit 501(c)(3) behavioral health agency licensed by the State of Arizona to provide an array of outpatient and residential services in Pinal, Gila, and Yuma Counties as well as Habilitation services in the counties of Cochise, La Paz, Maricopa, and Santa Cruz.
The Agency has been in operation for over 30 years providing quality behavioral health services in the identified geographical service areas.
Provides intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment.

I’m really serious this time. Last time I used was this past Monday night. I lost custody of my daughter as soon as I gave birth. My brother took her with his family but there is tension between my other f amity and everyone is against each other. I wanna be the mom my daughter deserves.

You are so not a facility that helps! Why is my husband still allowed to take methadone? That is not what I consider clean and sober! He is nothing but a number to generate income! I am so angry and I am going to let anyone and everyone know that your facility is a joke, including the court system here in Arizona!
