About Gulf Coast Center/Safe Harbor

The Intensive Program consists of individual and family counseling along with education four times per week three hours each session. Group counseling sessions give the opportunity to learn to express feelings in a healthy, productive manner and to give and receive constructive, supportive feedback on dealing with daily issues of sobriety and recovery. One hour of individual counseling per week is provided.

I am trying to become sober, I do not have health insurance. I am a mother of three without financial help. I do have caretakers for my children in order to heal my addiction.
