About Fort Payne Outpatient Addiction Treatnent Center

Fort Payne Adult Outpatient Program provides intensive outpatient services for male and female adults (ages 18 and over) who are suffering from chemical abuse or dependence.


Eligibility:
Any resident of Alabama for assessment and treatment of substance abuse and dependence.

How much does treatment cost?
There is a one-time admission fee that is determined by a sliding fee scale for different levels of income. If a clients family does not meet the sliding fee scale, there is no cost for enrolling in the program. The program also requires that clients submit to random drug screens and/or breathalyzers. The cost of each screen is $12.00. Clients usually receive 3-6 screens while in the program.
