About Family Recovery Center Fleming House
Fleming House is a transitional housing program for homeless, recovering women and their children.
The house has ten apartments, an on-site child daycare center, a multi-purpose room, offices and public space.
The women may stay in the apartment for up to 18 months.
Rent is based upon their income.
Program components include case management, vocational development or schooling, aftercare, and focus groups around various issues such as relapse prevention, parenting, anger management, self esteem, codependency, life skills, etc.
Community support groups such as AA, NA, etc. also meet there daily.
