Im looking for a relapse prevention or outpatient program because i had relapsed last year for a couple months &failed a probation screen. The courts request that i complete a professional assessment. I was doing I.O.P. with Centerstone until the covid shutdown, but now im looking for another option to finish the courts request. Ive been doing well &sober for 6mths.
