About District 19 Community Services Board (D19 CSB)
District 19 Community Services Board (D19 CSB) is a multi-jurisdictional, community-based organization whose mission is to improve the quality and productivity of the lives of individuals who experience, or are at risk of experiencing, mental disabilities and/or substance abuse.
They are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to provide mental health, intellectual disability, substance abuse and prevention services to the citizens of the cities of Colonial Heights, Emporia, Hopewell, and Petersburg, and the counties of Dinwiddie, Greensville, Prince George, Surry, and Sussex.
Substance Abuse Services Intensive Outpatient Program Jail Services Project LINK, offers services to women and children whose lives are affected by substance abuse.
Priority is given to women who are currently pregnant and are actively abusing substances.
