About Fora Health Hillsboro Outpatient Clinic
Fora Health, formerly known as De Paul Treatment Centers, is a non-profit treatment centers providing treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Levels of care include outpatient, residential services (3.1 and 3.5), and medically monitored residential care (3.7). These include access to specialty services such as dual diagnosis treatment, medication-assisted treatment, DUII, family therapy, and peer recovery mentor services. They serve all of Oregon and neighbor states, with most patients residing in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
