About Dakota Drug and Alcohol Prevention Inc Prairie View Prevention Services
Trained, certified counselors and licensed therapists offer intervention services for students and families. They assess substance abuse issues, a variety of educational and support groups to help students overcome use and addiction, guide youth and their families to further community resources and help children and families cope with the stresses of returning to home and school after completing treatment. PVPS receives funding through a Federal Grant and through the City of Sioux Falls which covers the cost of most services for students in Sioux Falls Public and Private Schools for PPP, IPP and Breakthrough.
