About Maple Shade Youth and Family Services

Maple Shade Youth & Family Services, Inc. is a private non-profit agency, serving children and families in our community. The clinic provides outpatient services . Individual, family, and group counseling; psychiatric and medication evaluation; and medication management are provided utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach. The clinic is located on the Mardela Springs Campus and serves all ages. On-site as well as off- site services are offered to serve the mental health needs of the communities of the Lower Eastern Shore. Offices are also maintained in Princess Anne and Crisfield.

Maple Shade Youth and Family Services use a discounted/sliding fee schedule to ensure that non one who is unable to pay will be denied access to services. Please see the front office staff for an application and the requirements for this program.

I am actually helping my brother to seek treatment. He is 46 years old. He's been a daily drinker for about 20 years. This is the first time that he has ask for help as 3 of his friends have died due to liver or kidney failure due to alcohol. He unemployed and has Maryland state insurance. He is currently living with me and trying to get his life together. We currently live in Calvert County, MD. He is willing to go anywhere to get help. Your facility seemed like a good start.
