About Boca Recovery Center

Their program in Boca Raton, Florida offers Day/Night programming with Community Housing (PHP and IOP) for clients who are working on their goals for long-term sobriety, while simultaneously acclimating into the community.
This programming allows for individuals to live in private room, apartment-style residences, where they are able to function independently while attending psychotherapy groups and individual therapy sessions 6 days per week.
Clients are transported from their housing component in nearby Delray Beach, to the Clinical location in Central Boca Raton.
Clients spend 7 hours per day in clinical programming, attending evidence-based psychotherapy groups, addressing case management needs, and working on individualized treatment plans.
Clients also have the option to participate in the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, where they remain safely under the supervision and guidance of a medical and clinical team who have specifically trained in harm reduction techniques.
After the clinical day, clients return to the residence where they have the freedom and flexibility to attend outside 12-step meetings, find sponsorship, build healthy sober support networks, learn to implement pro-social skills, and eventually move towards finding employment or preparing to return home to continue their recovery.
They do offer a sliding scale fee system based on the individual and the clients needs.
They also have the "Badgley Scholarship Foundation" that guarantees one scholarship a month for each facility. They end up normally giving 2-3 scholarships a month per facility.

  • Check the center's track record. How long has the center been in operation? What is its success rate? You can find this information by reading online reviews or by contacting the center directly.
  • Consider the center's treatment approach. Does the center offer a variety of treatment modalities, or does it focus on one approach? What is the center's philosophy on addiction treatment?

  • Make sure the center is a good fit for you. Consider your individual needs and preferences when choosing a rehab center. For example, if you have a co-occurring mental health disorder, you'll need to find a center that offers dual diagnosis treatment.

Here are some additional tips:

  • Ask about the center's admission process. What documentation do you need to provide? Is there a waiting list?
  • Find out what the center's policies are on insurance and financial assistance. Will the center accept your insurance? Does the center offer financial assistance to patients who need it?
  • Visit the center in person, if possible. This will give you a chance to meet the staff, see the facilities, and get a feel for the center's atmosphere.
  • Talk to people who have been to the center. Ask them about their experiences and whether they would recommend the center to others.

Yes faith based, just called and usually was put on waiting list which is excruciating when you have surrendered then are told there is a 6 week waiting period for a bed so you need to call every week or whatever. And the fact of the matter is I very well could be gone in a miserable dirty roach infested motel room with only the body that housed my hopeless and depressed soul but couldn't make it
