About Big Island Substance Abuse Council West Hawaii
Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) is one of Hawaii's leading providers of substance abuse treatment and behavioral health care services to adults and youth.
They provide intensive and outpatient treatment, therapeutic living programs, psychological treatment, and employee and employer assistance programs.
The Outpatient Program provides non-residential comprehensive services with evaluation, treatment, case management and recovery services for clients with less problematic substance abuse related behavior than would be found in a residential or day treatment program.
