My nephew has been on streets addicted to meth since he was 14 he is 34. Both his parents have passed away he wants help but feels it is hopeless he has no where to start or go and no money, no ID, only a copy of his birth certificate. Can he get help thru Salvation Army? His older brother went thru your program and has been successful and straight for 8 years.
