SERVICES THEY OFFER:
Adult ServicesSupportive ServicesThe Step Up Support Center provides relapse prevention services for substance abuse clients ages 18 years and older. These services include weekly support groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM that include referrals for career counseling and job placement, basic needs such as food pantry, referrals to chemical free shelter/treatment center, transportation assistance, parenting education and monthly potluck. The Step Up Support Center serves as a court liaison, which involves attendance of probation and parole hearings, jail assessments for treatment court appearances. The Step Up Support Center provides abuse literature and presentation on drug and alcohol education. Outpatient ProgramsThe Step up Center is a treatment provider for Outpatient Services for clients in Pulaski County. The Center's Outpatient services include a screening and intake process, assessments, individual and group counseling on Tuesday and Thursday 5:45 AM -7:45 PM. Their family sessions are Saturday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The Center's Outpatient Treatment program is Licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services Division of Behavior Health Services Bureau Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. Life Skills and Job Preparedness Training ProgramCertified (Certified General Education Development) (GED) and Life & Job Skills Vocational Success

These programs are designed to teach people life skills as a means to increase the chance of vocational success. The Center offers rotating programs and are taught by certified and qualified persons.


Homeless Outreach Project
They are honored to partner with the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention in this great effort to provide vital services to their homeless citizens an effort to assist them in returning to the main stream of society in order that they may become productive and contributing members of their society.

Youth ServicesGang Intervention Programs
The Male and Female Youth Initiative Project (YIP) is a gang prevention and intervention program. It provides services for youths in gangs. The YIP program has been successful in working with youth in gangs and providing them with the tools to withdraw from gang activity. YIP offers support and assistance for their youth dropping out of school, joining a gang, or being involved in substance abuse or entering the criminal justice system.

Their Club Program
Their club provides a safe haven where children ages 6-12 years of age can escape from the streets and begin a life filled with hope and promise. Theirclub assist the youth in the after school program with homework assignments and provide them with nutritional snacks Monday- Friday 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM.
