The Cullman Area Mental Health Authority has a program called Transformations and it is the only state certified substance abuse program in Cullman County. It provides substance abuse assessments, individual counseling, family education and counseling, drug screening, referral to inpatient treatment, community education/training, and intensive outpatient treatment.
